No one works harder than an immigrant with something to prove.
46% of the Fortune 500 and 55% of unicorn startupswere cofounded by immigrants.
Today, exceptional young immigrants are told to spend years "earning their stripes" at universities and institutions before being given the opportunity to make an impact.
EV3 Fellows receive a $50k grant and mentorship from a network of leading immigrant entrepreneurs.

ABOUT EV3
We co-founded EV3 as two 25 year-old immigrants with not much more than the chips on our shoulders and the reputations we had built working 100-hour weeks at Goldman Sachs, Ribbit Capital, and Apollo Global.
Since 2022, EV3 has raised $100M+ of institutional capital and seeded twenty startups, ten of which are founded by immigrant entrepreneurs.
We are a lean team that operates with an unusual degree of individual agency. Unlike other fellowships with cohorts of 20+ each year, we treat EV3 fellows like partners and founders—not interns.
OUR PRINCIPLES
- We always take advice, but never take orders; even from each other.
- We always play a long-term game.
- We pave our own path and have a bias for action.
- Our relationships and reputation are our most valuable assets.
- We bet big on our highest-conviction ideas.
